In 2012 I left Argentina with a suitcase and a one-way ticket. I spent five intense, wonderful years in Mexico, then crossed the ocean to Spain: first Barcelona and then Valencia, where I found the light, the sea and a pace of life I didn't want to leave.
Each move taught me something. That the paperwork rarely makes sense the first time. That a rental market you can't read makes you say yes to the wrong flat. And that starting over is a mix of excitement and vertigo that nobody warns you about.
I have worked in real estate for more than ten years, in Latin America and in Spain, so I know how landlords and agencies think. Today I live in Valencia with my family and our two children, who go to school here. Since 2025 I have been helping international families settle in the city, and I created Hola Home to do it my way: personally, with clear prices, and only on the side of the family that hires me.

I take on two cases at once, no more. That is how I can answer quickly, view homes at short notice and know every detail of your brief.
One person, start to finish
The person on your first call is the one who views the flats, negotiates and hands you the keys. I don't pass you to a junior or a call centre.
Only on your side
You hire me and nobody else pays me. I don't take commission from landlords, agencies or any provider I recommend, so my opinion on every flat is for you.
Bad news early
If a home has a problem, if the budget doesn't fit the area or if a deadline is at risk, I tell you straight away, with options.
