The company signs the service agreement and receives the invoice, or the employee signs and the company reimburses. Half is paid on signing the agreement and half when the lease is signed. No lease, no second payment.
I run a maximum of two searches at the same time, so each person gets my full attention. For a group move, we plan the arrivals together so nobody waits.
The search is included for up to one month. Ideally the employee starts four to six weeks before they need the keys.
No. Permits, NIE and TIE are for your legal advisers or an immigration lawyer, and tax for a tax adviser. I can accompany an employee to an official appointment as an extra.
