A · Referral

You introduce, I sell and deliver

I contract and invoice the client directly at my public price. Your commission does not increase what the client pays, and I tell them so in writing.

15%Qualified referralWarm intro + confirmed budget, dates, family profile and consent to be contacted.

Commission on net fees collected. Applies to the first engagement and to any service the client adds within 12 months of the introduction.

You are kept informed at each step, with the client's consent
Law firms and other professionals whose rules restrict referral fees: reciprocal referrals, with no commission either way

B · Wholesale / white label

You sell, I deliver in your name

You contract and invoice your client at your own price. I deliver as your subcontractor, under your brand if you ask, and invoice you a fixed wholesale rate.

Rates exclude VAT. Every partnership is agreed in a written framework agreement before the first case.

Questions partners ask me

Is there exclusivity or a minimum volume?

No. Each introduction or case stands on its own, with no exclusivity and no minimum. Volume rates only apply once you reach the threshold within 12 months.

Who owns the client relationship?

In the referral model the client contracts with me. In the wholesale model the client is yours and I don't approach them outside our agreement. Both cases are protected by a non-circumvention clause.

What areas do you cover?

Valencia city and its metropolitan area, within about 30 km. Further away is possible with a per-day supplement.

Do you handle visas or NIE?

No. Immigration matters stay with lawyers. I focus on the home, the lease, school enrolment and the first local paperwork.
