Moving on your own takes courage. My job is to make sure the flat is real, the street is right and the contract is fair, so you can spend your energy on your new life.
Essential Search is €900 + VAT (€1,089). Complete Search is €1,500 + VAT (€1,815). You pay 50% when you sign the engagement letter and 50% when you sign the lease. If no lease is signed, there is no second payment.

Never pay a reservation or deposit for a flat nobody has viewed, and be wary of owners who cannot show it or push for a quick transfer. The ownership can be checked in the land registry. With me, every listing is verified before you pay anything.
